Rishikesh Rafting Expedition Includes

  • All road transfers by private vehicles from Rishikes to Rishikesh.

Itinerary of Devprayag to Rishikesh rafting expedition:

✅ Day 01:

Our day begins early as we depart from Rishikesh and embark on a 70-kilometer drive to Devprayag in the morning. After approximately three hours, we reach the designated starting point, where you will meet our team of guides and fellow adventurers. Once all the necessary preparations are completed, we set off on an exciting rafting journey. This leisurely day offers opportunities for swimming, body surfing, relaxation, and wildlife observation as we encounter some thrilling rapids. As the evening approaches, you can enjoy hot tea and coffee at the beach campsite, gather around a campfire by the riverside, and later indulge in a delicious dinner. Finally, settle in for a night's stay at our cozy riverside beach camp.

✅ Day 02:

The day starts with navigating through a series of minor rapids. Once again, it is a relaxed day of rafting, culminating in a challenging class IV rapid just before we settle in for our second night of camping. Even in the event of a capsizing, you can easily swim back to the safety of the camp. However, please note that your guide will assess the difficulty level and determine who can participate in tackling these rapids. Our rafting journey spans approximately 30 kilometers, leading us to our designated camping spot. A delicious meal awaits us, followed by an overnight stay at the picturesque beach campsite.

✅Day 03:

The adventure-filled day kicks off with some gentle rapids, gradually building up to more thrilling ones. Brace yourself for the exhilarating "Three Blind Mice," "Crossfire," "Body Surfing Rapid," "Roller Coaster," and "Golf Course" rapids, which add an exciting conclusion to this memorable journey. In total, we will cover a distance of 30 kilometers, arriving back in Rishikesh. The trip concludes near Rishikesh, and after a satisfying lunch, it will be time to depart for your next destination.

Important Terms for Rafting Expedition

  • Any additional expenses which might occur due to delays, weather disruptions, medical evacuation etc. would need to be borne by the participants. All participants are recommended to have a travel insurance that covers trekking and wilderness travel.
  • Participants would be required to sign an indemnity/disclaimer prior to trip start. Minimum age for participation in the rafting expedition is 15 years.
  • No room service or any kind of special considerations/customizations is possible/provided.
  • Participants not comfortable in water may be asked to walk certain rapids.
